Therapy Services
I work collaboratively with individuals across the lifespan—from early childhood (as young as 4 years) through adolescence and into adulthood—supporting a wide range of needs. My approach integrates nervous system regulation, attachment-based care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and the cultivation of authentic connection.
Individual Therapy
Therapeutic services are provided to adults, teenagers, and children that address a wide range of needs. I support clients in a holistic manner to integrate their emotional experiences from the physical to the cognitive and interpersonal levels.
Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT)
Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT) combines play therapy with elements of system regulation, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, physics, mindfulness, and therapist authenticity.

Synergetic Play Therapy® for Children

Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling. Stress, anxiety, big emotions, or past experiences often show up as behavior instead—meltdowns, worry, withdrawal, or acting out.
Synergetic Play Therapy® (SPT) helps children express and work through these experiences using their natural language: play. Rather than relying on talk alone, play therapy allows children to communicate emotions and experiences in ways that feel safe and developmentally appropriate.

How Play Therapy Helps
Children experience emotions in their bodies before they can explain them. When emotions feel overwhelming, behavior is often a sign that a child’s nervous system needs support.
Synergetic Play Therapy focuses on:
-
Helping children regulate big emotions
-
Supporting the nervous system through safety and connection
-
Understanding the meaning behind behavior, not just trying to stop it
Through play and a trusting therapeutic relationship, children learn to feel calmer, more secure, and more in control over time.

What Parents Can Expect
This approach looks beneath behavior to understand what your child truly needs. Parents are included in the process and supported in learning how emotions, stress, and regulation affect behavior at home and at school.
As children gain emotional awareness and regulation skills, families often notice fewer outbursts, improved confidence, and stronger connections.
